Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.
Unfortunately, no refund or exchange will be available if your order is more than 15 days old.
All returned items must be unused, in original condition and with original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is damaged, missing accessories (not caused by our fault), or outside the 15-day return window.
Important Notes
- Please contact us first before sending back any items. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
- To avoid cross-infection among pets, used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Do not send returns directly to our warehouse without prior confirmation.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm delivery and inform you whether your refund request is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within several business days and credited back to your original payment method. The actual arrival time depends on your payment provider:
- Credit / Debit Card: Refunds will be issued to your issuing bank within 7 business days after we receive and process your return. For exact arrival time, please contact your bank directly.
- PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 3 business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Please check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to post officially.
- Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.

Return Process
Please first email hellojoey0106@gmail.com to start your return request. Our support team will provide return instructions and confirm details before you ship the item back.
Returns without prior confirmation may not be recognized by our warehouse, which will cause delays or failure of refunds.
No handling fee will be charged for returns.
For items valued over $50 USD, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee delivery for untracked packages.
