Order Confirmation


Once your order is successfully placed, an order confirmation email containing full order details and shipping information will be sent to your registered mailbox.

Please double-check all information carefully, including country, street number, company name, unit number and other delivery details. Contact us immediately via email if any correction is needed.

If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please first check your spam or junk folder before reaching out to our support team.

Change Shipping Address


If your shipping address needs correction, please email hellojoey0106@gmail.com within 24 hours after placing your order to update your information.

No address modifications will be allowed once the order has been dispatched.

Order Processing Time


All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after placement.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as no changes can be made after shipment.

We only process and ship orders on Monday to Friday (business days).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within 48 hours starting from the next business day.

Processing time may be extended during peak seasons, major sales events or holidays. We will always arrange your shipment as promptly as possible.

Customs Duties


All shipments are delivered DAP (duty unpaid).

All import customs duties, taxes and related fees are the buyer’s sole responsibility and must be settled in accordance with local customs regulations.

Order Tracking


After dispatch, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including your order number, carrier details, shipping date, order status and tracking number.

Tracking information is usually updated within 24 hours on the carrier’s official website.

Once the parcel arrives at your destination country, it will be handed over to the local postal service; you may use the same tracking number to check delivery status on the local post website.

If the tracking shows a failed delivery attempt, please contact your local post office directly for the most accurate updates.

Please note that tracking support is only available for 60 days after shipment; after this period, we are unable to provide further tracking assistance.

Delivery & Damaged Items


Delivery may be delayed during peak seasons, customs inspection or unexpected circumstances, with a possible delay of up to 5 business days.

We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

We take full precautions to ensure items are well packaged for transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please email hellojoey0106@gmail.com within 3 business days upon delivery, and attach clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged product inside the box.

If you notice damaged, wet packaging or deformed items upon receipt, please record the issue directly with the courier on the spot.

Important Notes


  • Order processing and shipment may be delayed due to force majeure events such as severe weather, natural disasters or official policy changes. We will resume processing immediately once conditions permit.
  • We will ship strictly to the address you entered at checkout. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be resent, with additional shipping fees borne by the customer.
  • For non-quality-related returns, the return shipping cost shall be covered by the customer.
